Shenzhen Sanguan Special Steel Co., Ltd. was invested by Daye WeiFeng Mining Technology Co., Ltd. and Huangshi LinFeng Metallurgy Material Co., Ltd. Our company was registered with legal personality for domestic and foreign trade of mould steel, located in Shajing Town, Bao'an District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong, China.

We possess some melting machines, including MF furnaces, refining furnaces, vacuum degassing furnaces, electro slag furnaces, and a new VIDP furnace. We also possess some steel processing equipment, including hydraulic forging hammers and hydraulic forging machines. Our complementary production machines contain continuous heating furnaces, tipe of combined bottom heating furnaces, chamber furnaces, annealing furnaces, and finishing facilities. Processing machines include electric grinding wheel peeling machines, electric band saws, milling machines, lathes, etc. We also have some detecting machines which own the characteristics of advanced chemical analysis and physical properties. The total asset value of our company is more than 120 million Yuan. We can produce hundred kinds of products which include three series of cold work tool steel, hot work tool steel, plastic mould steel and a variety of alloy steel and high alloy tool steel. The annual capacity of our company is 30000 tons of mould steel, 20000 tons of forging materials, and 10000 tons of formed forgings.

Total number of employees is 200. More than 40 staff members hold master diploma or above, and their majors are melting, rolling processing, metallurgical analysis, heat treatment, mechanical application, and finance and business management. 60% of them are senior engineers. The senior engineers are from Daye Special Steel Co., Ltd., which is the Chinese century-old Special Steel Base. They work in different processes of special steel melting, forging, heat treatment, and finishing inspects. This forms a scientific structure of human resources. We work closely with universities on technical cooperation in areas of production, learning and research & development to enhance our new product development capabilities and market competition.
